Physical and health related issues can bring a great deal of stress.
Whether you’ve been in an accident or had an unexpected diagnosis, changes to your physical health and well-being can be life-altering and stressful. It’s normal to experience a range of emotions – even in a single day – or to feel like you’re on a bit of a rollercoaster.
